We are the only refrigerated courier company in the UK to offer our customers access to live tracking, instant electronic proof of delivery, and temperature information. Our electronic PODs (proof of delivery devices) record the time, temperature and signature at point of delivery and collection.

Live Tracking

The Fresh Move live tracking system allows you to keep an eye on your delivery at the touch of a button and on-the-go. From your computer you can sign in to a secure system to find out the location, temperature and ETA of your cargo. Delivery details can also be tracked from your smartphone.

Paperless POD and invoicing

We’re mindful of environmental impact at Fresh Move and we do everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint.One of our green policies is paperless invoicing. Our couriers all carry PDAs with inbuilt POD signature software, so both POD (proof of delivery) and invoices can be kept safely and digitally.
